I finally hit the 30 lbs. mark. With the holidays and vacations it took a long time to get from 20 to 30. But I feel great.

Isn’t sense of smell interesting?  When you’re a kid you’re learing new smells all the time and connecting experiences to them.  Then when we’re older and we smell a familiar smell we think back to moments in our lives where we’ve smelled the same scent.

Today I went to a real chiropractor or should I say quiropráctico.  I had been to another “chiropractor” a few times.  I recently found out that she’s not a real chiropractor.   She just took a few classes.  She did give a good massage though.

It’s frustrating sometimes hearing people from the States argue about immigration and closing the borders etc, etc.  People just want to come to the states and live and work just like the rest of us.
